All City Bass Rules and Regulations for 2005 1. Every
boat must be in the NO WAKE ZONE by end of tournament ( 2. Five (5) fish per team is the limit. No short fish will be weighed. ONLY 5 fish can be brought to the weigh in site. All fish must come to the scales in a bag with water. Fish must be culled prior to entering the weigh in line. Scales will not open until 15 minutes after the close of the tournament.Anglers must be in line within 30 mins after end of tournamnetwith their fish ready to be weighed. 3. Fish
must be minimum size limit as per each lake regulation. 4. Artificial bait only. NO trolling. NO poles over 8ft can be used during tournaments. 5. Everyone must blast off and meet back at the launch area, but you may launch from any location. Phone list will be providedin case of an emergency. 6. NO FISHING within 50 yards of a gas pump or within 50 yards of another contestant. No locking through any dam. Tournaments will be from dam to dam. 7. All state, local, TWRA or Corp of Engineers laws applies. The only exception will be covered by rule number three. 8. Tie for first place will be divided 50/50 with second place and no second place money awarded. 9. Tie for second place will be divided 50/50 with no third place money awarded. 10. First place will pay 50% of the total purse. Second will pay 30% and third 20%. Teams will be awarded points according to the place they finish. Easter Seals will be on a voluntary basis with no bonus points. 11. All fishermen are
subject to a $50 membership fee. Entry to each regular season
tournament will be $50 per boat. Entry fee money must be
received by Pete Waller Saturday one week before the week of the tournament.
NO MONEY WILL BE COLLECTED AT THE RAMP TOURNAMENT MORNING!
Checks are to be made out to Pete Waller and mailed to 12. Money will be divided 60/40 between the top two biggest fish.One big fish prize per boat.In case of tie pot wil be split 50/50 13. Tournaments will begin at safelight and end at 3PM. The team blasting off will have the rights to determine what is safelight.Unless the safety of the club is in jeopardy, then the tournament committee will have the rights to delay the blast off. 14. The year-end champion will be determined by cumulative points.In case of a tie the tiebreaker will based on the total weight of fish caught all year by the teams. Teams must fish with the same partners. If one member of a team cannot fish for any reason, the remaining member may fish alone. He also has the option of fishing with another partner, which will NOTconstitute a new team.EACH team is allowed only ONE alternate.The tournament committee has the righ to decide on who is allowed as the alternate partner in unforseen emergencies or long term issues..The issue must be resolved before any tournament 15. The fish off will be
divided by the eligible teams into three equal divisions according to
points. The fish off pot will be equally divided among those
divisions. Those divisions will each fish for 50%, 30%, and 20% of the
purse in their division. There will be a regular tournament fee of $50.00
With NO big fish money pot. ALL fish off money will be given out
at end of the year banquet. 16. The decision of the Director and Staff will be final. In case of an emergency, or a lake or location that is unstable, the committee has the right to change to a suitable location or date. 17. A team may miss one tournament and still be eligible for the fish off. A second tournament may be missed if the team pays the entry fee. 18. ALL must have their livewells checked and pick up their team chip in order to eligible for weigh-in. If a team decides to leave before the tournament end,they must return their chip to the specified location.If a team is late for blast off that team will be responsibility to notify a commitee member of their tardiness.Each team will have to turn their number chip in before entering the weigh-in line. 19. Any special circumstances concerning any rule may be voted on by the tournament committee. Furthermore, the All City Bass director and/or its tournament officials assume no responsibility for any incident/ and or accident that may occur while the tournament is in progress. |
